นายวิทยา ทรัพย์เย็น รองผู้อำนวยการ ทำการแทนผู้อำนวยการองค์การตลาด พร้อมด้วย นายศุภาโชติ มะหลีแก้ว เลขานุการ องค์การตลาด เล็งเห็นโอกาสในการพัฒนาธุรกิจ กัญชง กัญชา จึงได้ลงพื้นที่เพื่อศึกษาดูงานโครงการ พัฒนาศูนย์เรียนรู้ กัญชาทางการแพทย์และเศรษฐกิจสุขภาพ ต.โนนสมบูรณ์ อ.เมือง จ.บึงกาฬ เมื่อวันที่ 13 มีนาคม 2565 เพื่อนำมาต่อยอดสร้างรายได้ให้แก่เกษตรกร รวมถึงรายได้จากการดำเนินธุรกิจใหม่ให้กับองค์การตลาด โดยในระยะแรกวางBusiness Model ให้ตอบโจทย์ 2 กลุ่มเป้าหมายหลัก คือ รับซื้อผลผลิตจากเกษตรกรที่ได้รับใบอนุญาตเพาะปลูก เพื่อนำไปเข้าสู่กระบวนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการที่ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการทางการแพทย์ สุขภาพ และการตลาด B2B
